With over 25 years of experience spanning education, telecommunications, and finance, Anwar Jabr has consistently driven transformative changes in business practices. Currently serving as the Manager of FinTech and Information Systems at the Palestinian Payment Services Company, a subsidiary of the Palestinian Monetary Authority, he leads critical national digital transformation initiatives. Anwar manages a portfolio of strategic projects, including E-Sadad, the credit registry, supervisory technology (SupTech), the Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) system, automated check clearing (ACH), and the national switch system, all integral to the organization’s operations. Renowned for his communication skills and expertise in system and data architectures, he has participated in numerous training programs across industries and regions, building proficiency in technology, FinTech, digital transformation, management, strategic planning, communications, risk management, and information security. Actively collaborating with national, regional, and international stakeholders, Anwar has forged impactful partnerships within Palestine and beyond.
