He has been a key member of the National Team for Preparing the Strategic Framework for Electronic Municipalities (2019-2023) and has contributed to the municipality's digitization strategy.
Muthana holds diplomas in Business Administration and Eye Examination, alongside certifications in Digital Transformation and Municipal Management from prestigious institutions across Jordan and Turkey. Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his field.
