The International Digital Transformation Conference (IDTC) aims to explore the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in digital transformation and to provide a platform for government officials, universities, education institutes, private sector firms, and international IT companies to exchange ideas and insights.
MR . Munjid Blaibleh Worked at the Ministry of Local Government for more than 20 years, in the field of IT, and has extensive knowledge in digital transformation at the ministry level, at the local government sector level, and at the national level.
- Coordinator assigned by the Ministry of Local Government for the e-Governance Program (INDIGO) funded by the German Cooperation Foundation (GIZ) since the beginning of the first phase of the project in 2019.
- Member of the working group for preparing the Strategic Framework of the E-Municipality Transformation (2019 - 2023).
- Head of the team responsible for preparing the Digitalization Strategy in the Local Government Sector for the period (2025 - 2030).
- Head of the Committee for Monitoring the Implementation of the Digitalization Strategy in the Local Government Sector.
- Representative of the Ministry in many events and activities at the national level in the field of digital transformation.
