General Director of Government Computer Center (GCC), He also previously worked as the Director General of E- Government Directorate (E-Gov) at the Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Economy (MTDE) with more than 19 years of experience in Computer Networking, Operating Systems and Information Technology, managing Palestine Computer Emergency Response Center, "PalCERT". Mr. Morjanh is also in charge of supervising and administrating the National Data Exchange Layer (UXP) which connects governmental and non-governmental institutions in a secure manner. He previously worked as the Director of Networks and Information Security Department in the Governmental Computer Center (GCC), where he managed the government network that aims to connect the governmental institutions with each other. Furthermore, Mr. Morjanh supervised the establishment of the National Data Center, sat the preparation of the Cloud Computing construction process for the Palestinian government and the Disaster Recovery Site (DRS) for E-payment system. In addition to that, Mr. Morjanh participated in preparing the Sectoral Strategic Plan (2021-2023) and worked in different projects with local and international companies in the field of Communications and Information Technology (ICT). Mr. Morjanh appointed as Vice Rapporteur for a Study Group concerned with smart cites affiliated to Telecommunication Development Bureau in International Telecommunication Union (ITU). Active participant in many international conferences, workshops and seminars. Mr. Morjanh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
